Autumn in Italy: Chestnuts and Porcini Mushrooms




Casturia, the chestnut wood in Poggioraso, Sestola.

  2. Vanille, the tagliatelle are with porcini mushrooms, not chestnuts...
    :-)

    chestnuts are for later in the evening, to be roasted in and eaten in good company!
